A human resources management system (HRMS) software combines number of systems and processes to ensure the easy management of human resources, business processes and data. HRMS software is used to combine number of necessary functions, such as storing employee basic details, service, transfer and leave details record of all the employees of the organization. The list of different modules in the HRMS may consist of:
1. User Information contains basic details like employee id, employee name, father name, age, DOB, Native address, current address etc.
2. Employee Qualification module is used to add, and the employer qualification details, user can search the employee then choose qualification, date of pass, year of pass, University and Education district then click on submit button. Qualification details will be saved successfully.
3. Employee Property Details module is used to add and the employer Property details, user can search the employee then choose property type, description, valuation, date of purchase, property sale date, if property is sale by employee, property purchase district then click on submit button. property details will be saved successfully.
4. Employee DEPENDENT/NOMINEE FAMILY MEMBER Details module is used to add and the employer Dependent/Nominee details, user can search the employee then choose fill dependent name, Is Dependent nominee, dependent date of birth, relation with employee, percentage share. If Nominee is minor then fill Nominee's Guardian Details and Conditions rendering nomination invalid details then click on submit button. Dependent/Nominee details will be saved successfully.
5. Employee Post Details module is used to add the Post details, user can search the employee then select post name Cadre, Posting from date and to date, posting order No, Remark and allotted section name then click on submit button. Posting details will be saved successfully.
6. Employee Transfer Details module is used to add the employee transfer details, user can search the employee then select post name, posting district, posting from date and to date, posting order no, Remark, Work allotted and allotted section name then click on submit button. transfer details will be saved successfully. When Employee may transfer to other district or employee get promotion to other post first user may modify To date of their employee and then add the new district / post through transfer add module.
7. Leave Opening Balance module is used to assign the casual leave 13 in current year and optional leave 03 in current year is assigned to all employee. This process may run only one time in a year.
8. Employee Leave Information add module to use to employee leave taken details like leave type, leave from and to date, order no and click on submit button. Leave details will be saved successfully. The Balance will automatically calculate and shown here dynamically.
9. Employee End of Service/ Module is used to add the employee End of Service details, user can search the employee then select mode like Super, Voluntary, Compulsory, Dismissed, Expired, Termination and Elevation, end of service date, order no and remarks and click on Submit button, details will be saved successfully.
10. Employee Query Builder is very helpful feature of EPIS. You can Search the employee details through employee name or employee code then click on select all check box and click on Submit button.
11. Designation module is used by the Administrator to Add New Designation. Please add new designation and click on Submit button, record will save successfully.
12. Cadre Master module is used by the Administrator to Add New Cadre name which is not shown in EIS software. Please add new Cadre and click on Submit button, record will saved successfully.
13. Category Master module is used by the Administrator to Add New Category name which is not shown in EIS software. Please add new Category and click on Submit button, record will saved successfully.
14. Post Master module is used by the Administrator to Add New Post name which is not shown in EIS software. Please add new Post name and click on Submit button, record will saved successfully.
